    Carrots 3 medium
    Celery3 stalk, large
    White Onion
    1/4 cabbage
    2 cups diced escarole
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1 lb chicken breast


chop or dice all veggies, cook celery salt, celery, carrots & onion till partially tender, add cabbage and escarole cook a while longer.
add chicken breast, cook till done and remove. Dice breast meat and put back in.
6 servings of 1 1/2 cups each
