    2 8oz halibut fillets
    1 1/2 t extra virgin olive oil
    kosher salt
    ground chili pepper
    1 rosemary branches
    1 sm lemon, very thinly sliced
    1/4 c sliced, pitted calamata or black olives


Heat oven to 450. Place fish in baking dish, brush with 1 t oil and season with salt and chili pepper. Top each fillet with rosemary branch and several slices of lemon. Drizzle remaining oil over lemon slices and sprinkle with additional salt. Scatter olives over fish and pan.
Bake until just opaque, about 10 minutes. If lemon slices have not browned, place pan under broiler 1-2 minutes. Serve drizzled with more olive oil; sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
