Number of Servings: 6


    1 Medium head of cabbage, chopped
    1 cup milk (I used 1%)
    1 1/2 Tablespoons butter ( you can use margarine)
    1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Chop the cabbage to a size you desire. Steam it (I did mine in mrcrowave for 4 min) for about 4 min.
Melt butter (I did my sauce in the Micro too), stir in flour until smooth. Add the milk. Cook or microwave (stirring constantly on stove, or ever minute in micro) until thickened, I usually get it to boil, then remove.
Spray oven proof dish with Pam and place steamed cabbage in it, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Pour thickened white sauce over cabbage. Cover and Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
