    5 potatoe's
    1 large onion
    1 package turkey bacon
    12 eggs
    5 slices Kraft fat free cheddar
    salsa ( 10 TBS )


preheat oven to 450 degrees dice potatoes , onions and bacon fry up in frying pan until tender .
in a bowl mix together eggs cheese and potato mixture .
spray a large pan ( or a cast iron pan that is well treated )
if using a regular pan cover the handle with aluminum foil .
turn stovetop on medium , dump all ingredients in pan that has been warmed on the stove top . set timer for 10 minutes . when timer goes off put the pan in the oven , set timer for another 10-15 minutes . fritatta is done when it comes out bubbly and brown .
