    1 tbsp lemon juice .
    1/2 c low-fat plain yogurt .
    1 1/2 tbsps sugar .
    5 c broccoli, raw bite size pieces .
    1/2 c light feta cheese .
    1/2 c craisins .
    1/4 c light miracle whip .
    1/4 c sunflower seeds .
    1/2 c red onions, sliced


Mix yogurt, lemon juice, miracle whip and sugar together. Add feta, craisins, sunflower seeds and red onion, blend together and then fold in broccoli.

  • We don't eat onion, so omitted that. Used almonds instead of seeds. I think less broccoli or more of the other ingredients would improve this. The taste was yummy... but it was dry, I used a whole container (3/4 C) of Greek Yogurt. I think more cranberry, feta and almonds would improve this. - 9/12/10
