Using ground almonds to replace oats or breadcrumbs as a binding agent, adds a nutty flavour. Using Epicure's seasonings reduces salt and sugar and adds amazing flavours. Ingredients

    ground beef
    mushrooms
    celery
    ground almonds
    seasonings (I use Epicure's Beef & Steak seasoning, 3Onion dip mix and Herb & Garlic dip mix) and salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and turn into a baking dish. Cook at 375F for about an hour Makes 6 servings
