Introduction
Chili made with ground turkey and no salt tomato paste. I use cannellin beans but you can use chili beans if you prefer. Low calorie, and low salt. Ingredients

2 TBs Olive Oil
1 large green bell pepper
3 medium onions
about 1 LB ground turkey
3 TBS chili powder
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp tobasco ( or to taste)
Two 8 oz cans of no salt tomato paste
One 14.5 oz can no salt stewed tomatoes
One can french style green beans 14.5 oz
One can Cannellini Beans 12.75 oz. (or Chili beans)
Directions
Add olive oil, dice the pepper and onion and fry with the ground turkey. when this is cooked through I add the chili powder, tumeric, and tobasco sauce and let it simmer a few minutes.
While the meat and spices are frying put the water, the tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, green beans (drained ) and cannellini beans in a large pot to boil. If you prefer use chili beans.
When the meat and spices are thoroughly cooked add them to the pot of tomatos and beans. Simmer a few minutes and its ready to eat. At this stage do a taste test and you can add chilie powder or tobasco depending on whether you like your chili mild or hotter. This usually makes approx. 12 cups.
