Ingredients

    1 lb. Hillshire Light Smoke Sausage, sliced
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    2 medium celery stalks, sliced
    1/4 c. water
    2T Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Directions

Mix ingredients in a medium sized casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Makes 4 2-cup servings.
