    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    2 medium firm, red apples cored and chopped (2 cups)
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
