    *Betty Crocker Bisquick Mix, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Water, tap, 1/3 cup
    Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup chips

    For Icing-
    Confectioners sugar, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 2tbsp


1.Heat oven to 400F. Spray cake pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water and egg. Mix the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the dough. Spread evenly in pan.

2.Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown. Loosen from sides of pan. Gently loosen entire cake from pan, possibly turning upside down to "fall" onto a flat surface.

3. For icing, Melt butter in a non stick pan. Combine all icing ingredients. Stir until smooth and well blended. Adjust for spreading consistency if necessary, adding more milk or more confectioners' sugar.

4. Once cake is completely removed from pan, drizzle icing over the cake.
