    a few walnuts -- about 1/3 oz.
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 tsp miso


Cut up veggies into small pieces in a food processor and mix in seasonings. Divide into four small patties and dehydrate overnight. Flip over and dehydrate on the other side until the desired texture.
