Quick way to get 3 fruits, 2 protein and some fiber Quick way to get 3 fruits, 2 protein and some fiber

    3/4c frozen strawberries
    1/4c frozen bluberries
    1/4c frozen blackberries
    1 scoop of Whey protein (I use Jillian Michael's Choc)
    2tbs wheat germ
    1/2 c 2% milk or yogurt


put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Share with your workout buddy. Makes 2 servings
