Ingredients

    **NOTE: DISREGARD THE NUTRITIONAL INFO - I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CONVERT SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS**

    14 oz can of hearts of palm
    2 tomatoes - or 1 if you don't want that much tomato, make sure you chop it up or buy diced tomatoes in a can
    2 hass avocado, diced
    1/4 cup virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp orange juice
    1 tbsp lime juice
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

On a platter, arrange the hearts of palm, tomato and avocado in a single overlapping layer. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice and lime juice; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
