    Chicken, Jack's Cheese Pizza, Salsa, Shredded Cheddar, Fajita Seasoning, Red Onion


Soften red onion in a saute pan. (W/ Pam cooking spray.) Sprinkle with some fajita seasoning. Cut up chicken breast into small pieces. Once onion is mostly softened, add chicken. Sprinkle with a bit more fajita seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, or until outsides of chicken are completely white. Set Aside. Take 1/2 cup of salsa and spread lightly on pizza. Sprinkle pizza with fajita seasoning. Add chicken and onion to pizza. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup cheddar cheese. Bake until golden!
