Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 Scrambled egg
    1 T bacon, finely chopped
    lightly sprinkle Sharp Cheddar Cheese (maybe 1T worth)

Directions

Scramble your egg. Heat the tortilla. Cook the bacon. Assemble all ingredients into your whole wheat tortilla. Serve with fruit and decaf coffee.

Could also add diced tomatoes, avocados and/or salsa.
