    Use chopped veggies to your taste. I used finely chopped broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms, yellow pepper, and zucchini.

    Nutritional Yeast


Make cashew cheese by blending up soaked cashews in your food processor. Add nutritional yeast and water and thin until creamy.

Put all veggies in a bowl or 6 in. tart pan and mix in cashew cheese. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 115.
