Ingredients

    3 cups Healthy Harvest Wide Noodle Pasta
    .5 Yellow Bell Pepper - you can use any color - I enjoy making the dish colorful and will mix orange, yellow and red bell pepper. - diced
    1 Red Ripe Tomato - diced seeds removed
    1 Cup fresh snap green beans - cooked and cut in to small pieces
    1/8 Cup of Pesto Sauce.


Directions

In a saute pan - spray lightly with Pam nonstick Olive Oil Spray.
Heat over medium heat. Add in green beans and peppers. Cook until they have a little color to their skins. Add in the shrimp meat to heat through and simmer off any excess water.

Cook Pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and toss with pesto and parm. cheese.

Plate pasta and scoop shrimp mixture over top.

Should make 4 servings.
