Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
    1 Can Trader Joe's Organic Vegetarian Chili
    3/8 Cup Trader Joe's Light Mexican Blend Grated Cheese
    Any vegetables as desired adjust calories for the recipe accordingly.

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed, heat chili, add veggies if desired.

Combine when finished cooking and heating, top with 1/8 of a cup of grated cheese.
Makes 3 one cup servings.

Serve with salad for a complete and fast meal
