Introduction

I enjoy making different soups. I add just about what ever I have on hand. I added turkey stock that I had made and put in the freezer this time and added water also, or just water if you don't want to use stock, which ever you want. Last time I just used water.

I do not add any salt as the ingredients have enough where it is not needed. You can make as much or as little. I make a lot as I put it in 1 & two cup containers and freeze it for latter use.

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 10 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, strips or slices
    Celery, raw, 3.5 cup, diced
    Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Western family Garbanzo Beans, 3.5 serving
    Western Family Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 0.5 cup
    S&W Ready Cut Diced Tomatos, 7 serving
    *Homemade Turkey Stock, 8 cup
    *Water bottle w/ filtered water, 8 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup
    *Yams, 1.5 cup, cubes
    *Potato, raw, 3 cup diced

Directions

Cut all veggies. Put in large pan.
Add stock or just water which ever you want. I used both this time as I had the turkey stock that I made. Last time I just used water
Season to taste
Add meat if you want.

This makes around 24 1 cup servings.
