Ingredients

    4 cups cauliflower cut into peices
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss Cauliflower with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish and bake in preheated oven for approx 30 minutes until it starts to brown, stirring occassionally. Serves 4.

    Love the idea of the crushed red pepper. I do a stir fried broccoli with crushed red pepper that's awesome!
