Ingredients

    1 lb. deer burger, browned
    1 can chili beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 c. salsa
    5 T. chili powder
    3/4 can of light beer
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1/2 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions

In a crock pot, mix together burger, chili beans, tomato sauce, paste, diced tomatoes, salsa, and water. Add 1/2 of the chili powder. Stir. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add Kidney beans, beer, and black olives. Continue to cook 1 more hour. Serve with cheddar cheese on top. Makes up to 10 servings.
