Ingredients

3/4 cup Becel Light Margarine
1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Medium mashed bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup Rogers Raspberry Almost 5 Grain Granola
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Makes 36 bigger cookies.
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add beaten egg, vanilla and bananas, beat well
3. Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt and flour, stir
4. Add granola, stir
5. Drop by table spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. (I sprayed mine with Pam)
6. Bake 12 minutes in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven or until set
7. When done, remove from pan and set on rack to cool.
