    6.5 ounces flattened, skinless, boneless chicken breast
    2 tsps butter
    1tsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp honey
    1/4 tsp finely chopped garlic
    1/s tsp finely chopped ginger
    1 cup sliced fresh strawberries


Heat butter in skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper and saute on both sides, until meat is white throughout. Remove chicken and set aside. Deglace pan with red wine vinegar (stir wine vinegar into pan juices) Add soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger. Stir well. Add chicken and glace in residue. Add strawberries, but just heat - don't cook! Serve immediately with wild rice. Serves 2
