Ingredients

1 4-oz package dried, salted codfish
6 C water
1-1/2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground chili pepper
1/4 tsp MSG, optional
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp salad oil

Directions

Wash codfish & soak in water 10-15 minutes; drain, pat dry & shred. Combine seasonings, mix with codfish. Refrigerate 24 hours.
