Ingredients

2 Limes, juiced
Tequila
Garlic
Jalapeno Pepper
Olive Oil
Cilantro
Chicken breasts, skinless boneless
Mexican 4 cheese blend, shredded

Directions

Blend the lime juice, tequila, garlic, jalapeno, and olive oil in a blender or food processer. Then add the cilantro and chop slightly. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for several hours or over night. Grill chicken on both sides. When chicken is fully cooked melt cheese on top.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
