Chia Seed Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

6 cups of fresh blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chia seed
2 tablespoons honey
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Simmer fresh blueberries with 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons of honey
Add 1/4 cup chia seed and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer until oven is preheated

In a separate bowl, melt 1 stick of butter
Add in cake mix and combine until crumbly

Pour blueberry mix into a baking pan and spread crumbly cake mix on top evenly

Bake 30 minutes until golden brown

Serve warm!
