Turtle Cheesecake

Ingredients

Bottom Layer

3/4 cup sugar
3 8oz packages of cream cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 egg yolk
3 eggs
2 tbsp heavy cream

Top Layer

3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 tbsp flour
1 egg yolk
2 eggs
2 tbsp caramel flavored coffee syrup

Directions

Preheat the oven to 475. Beat together ingredients for top and bottom layers in two mixing bowls. In a springform mold, pour bottom layer mix over a crust. Pour top layer on top. Bake in the oven at 475 for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 200 and bake for 60 additional minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake in for 60 more minutes. Take out of oven and leave on counter until cooled. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Voila :)
