low in calories and fat but this hearty powerhouse soup is loaded with flavor and vitamins and all things good with a pop of spice.

i had a whole lot of mushrooms that were on the edge. cook them or toss them. i never toss... i make SOUP!

this is a big 12 c pot of soup that will carry into left overs and can be froze.

Being Giada's recipe I'm not sharing except with you Kathryn.

1.In a large bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1 finely chopped clove garlic and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
