This can be made for a breakfast meal or a dessert.
You can add walnuts, almonds, or pecans if desired.
I added dried cranberries to mine.
The recipe called for 1/4 cup soy milk powder and 2 3/4 cups hot water but I can't use soy products so I used the 2% milk and water.Submitted by: RD03875
