simple bean soup

Ingredients
,black bean 1/4 cuplentil 1/41 tbsp red or white onion1 tsp dill weed dry1 cup fresh spinach3 medium baby carrotsolive oil1 bulion beef or veg1 tablespoon fat free plain yogurt optional
Directions
chop carrots and onion, then saute' carrots onion and spinnach with oil set aside take 3/4 cup water and bring to boil add bulion then add beans and vegtables cook on low till it thickens top with yogurt and the dill
