# smart life soy chorizo, 2 serving (remove)# Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)# Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)# Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)# Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)# Tabasco Sauce, .5 tsp (remove)# Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)# Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)# Parsley, .25 cup (remove)# Salt, .5 tsp (remove)# *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (
Cook rice according to package directions omit salt and butter. Coat pan with cooking spray add sausage and brown. Remove sausage and add peppers, onions paprika thyme and hot sauce. Saute until veggies are tender add beans and broth cook 8 minutes or until thickened, mash half beans, add sausage, parsley and salt and cook 1 minute. Stir in rice and serve. Serve with additional tabasco. Add a crisp salad with fresh berries to compliment the spice in this dish.
