Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Orange Juice, .25 cup (remove)*Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp), 2 serving (remove)*Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)Oranges, 1 cup, sections (remove)2 packets Truvia
1. in a skillet combine evoo,ginger and chicken until light brown(sit chicken aside)
2. add broccoli to pan with 1/4c water(5-6 min until tender)
3. add chicken back in with orange juice, broth, soy sauce,cornstarch(1 tsp/1 tsp water)
4. while chicken and broccoli thicken peel & chop oranges into 1" sections add to skillet. add truvia for alittle extra sweetness
5. simmer 5 min....serving size 1 cup prepared
** excellent over brown rice**
