Cheesy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash--4 lbs.2 teaspoons butter1/4 cup mined onion1/4 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup diced red pepper1/2 teaspoon oregano1/4 teaspoon marjoram1/4 teaspoon basil1/4 teaspoon minced garlicsaltpepper2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Pierce squash with fork several places. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Turn and bake 45 minutes longer or until shell gives to pressure. When cool enough to handle, cut squash in half. Scoop out and discard seeds. Remove strand with fork.

Melt butter in skillet. Sauté onion, green and red peppers until tender. Add squash strands, oregano, basil, marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and cheese. Toss until cheese is evenly distributed. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
