Ingredients
Chicken BreastZucchiniRed PepperTrader Joes Korma Simmer Sauce
Directions
Cook 5 chicken breasts (4 oz each) in crock pot for 6 hours
Drain liquid, wash crock pot
Put chicken back in crockpot with Korma Simmer Sauce and 1 cup water
Wait 6-10 hours (overnight is awesome) and then shred chicken in sauce with 2 forks
Add 1 zucchini and 1 red pepper and Cook 1-2 hours more to desired vegie softness
Serve over rice
Makes 4.5 cups, Serving size 1 cup=295 calories
