Chick pea Salad

Ingredients
2 cups (1 can) Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1/4-1/2 cup Fennel, thinly sliced 1 Tbls Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1/4 cup Parsley, coursely chopped2 Scallions, sliced1 cup grape tomatoes cut in halfJuice of 1 Lemon salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse one can chick peas. In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can be served cold or room temperature. Makes 4 half cup servings.
