Carob Bars - no sugar

Ingredients
5 tbsp carob powder4 tbsp coconut oil or cacao butter1 tbsp flax meal4 tbsp finely shredded coconut
Directions
Melt coconut oil or cacao butter and mix with stevia. Stir in carob powder until smooth, then stir in flax and coconut to distribute. Pour into a mold or spread onto a piece of wax-paper and refrigerate or freeze until hard.
