Spinach Feta Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb 95% ground beef1/2 c chopped onion1 c chopped spinach (I use frozen-thawed)20 medium black olives, chopped4 oz feta cheese, chopped1/4 c pork rinds, ground (these are the binding agent)1 egg
Directions
Mix ingredients together, shape in pan and bake for 1 hour at 350. Makes 4, 3x4 inch, servings.
