Breakfast Apple Rice

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice1 apple, cored and chopped1/3 cup apple juice1/4 cup pure maple syrup2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a dish with a cover. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or in a microwave for 10 minutes at full power, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Serve hot.
