Chicken Rice

Ingredients
College Inn Light & Fat free chicken stock - 2 cups, 1 cup rice (you can use white or brown), 1 teasp. each poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teasp. black pepper**I've also added mixed frozen vegetables to this as well. Do that when you add the rice**
Directions
In sauce pan, add spices and stock. Bring to a boil. Add rice, stir, and reduce heat to simmer. Cover and let cook for 20-25 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
