Ingredients
5 lbs of red potatos steamed till softened3 stalks of celery minced1 small onion minced1 colored bell pepper minced3 carrots diced1/2 can olived diced2 cups of frozen corn3/4 cup diced pickles1 small diced cucumber in a seperate dish also you'll need to make the my other recipe the potato salad dressing and use about 3/4th of the dressing.
Directions
Just cut up all the veggies and mix with the potato salad dressing and chill tastes great.
