Ingredients
1 cup sliced apples3 oz broccoli florets1 cup broccoli slaw1/4 cup diced red onions2 tbsp bacon bits1/4 cup dry cranberries4 oz of dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt1 tbsp light mayo (opt)1 teasp splenda2 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp bacon bits
Directions
chop broccoli and onions, then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Makes 3 1cup servings or 6 1/2 cup servings
Best served chilled.
