Chunky Garden Veggie Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cucumbers, sliced1 cup onion, chopped1 cup tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, chopped1/2 cup banana pepper, chopped1/4 cup white vinegar1/8 cup vegetable oil1/8 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic powdersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, & peppers. Place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil & seasonings. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Serve immediately or chill.
