Chocolate Bark w almonds

4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate1 Tbsp butter (opt)1 tsp cinnamon (opt)Stevia and/or Xylitol to taste1 handful (1 oz) of raw almonds, raw pecans, raw hazelnuts or combination.
Melt chocolate and (optional) butter over a double boiler. Add stevia/xylitol to taste. On a piece of parchment paper in a 1/2 sheet pan or rimmed cookie sheet, distribute the nuts over the surface. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the nuts. cook in refrig or freezer. When bark has hardened, rmove form the parchment, break into pieces and store in a plastic bag in the refrig or freezer.
