Ingredients
1~ Quaker White Cheddar Rice Cake1/2 cup~ Fat Free Cottage Cheese2 tbsp.~ Green Onion (Chopped)1~ Tomato Slice1 tsp.~ Reduced Fat Parmesan CheeseDash~ SaltDash~ Black Pepper
Directions
First, mix the chopped onion and cottage cheese together. Spread the mixture evenly onto your rice cake and top with tomato. Sprinkle parmesan, salt, and pepper on top.
