sesame seed bun wheat or white, vegan burger of any type or lean groundbeef or turkey or bison etc. thousand island dressing fat fee or reduced, american cheese slice, pickles, minced onion and letuce of your own choosing.
Directions
coat skillet with oil fry burger according to package instructions add add to bun top with condiments and other filling ingredients, and enjoy.
