Summer Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
1- 2 Tblsp of olive oilZucchini, cut into small chunksyellow squash, cut into small chunks1 sm. onion, diced2 cloves of garlic crushed2-3 roma tomatoes, diced1 can beef broth1 sm. can tomato pastewater to thinbasil to tastesalt & pepper1/2 - 1 cup of uncooked ditalini pasta
Directions
saute zucchini, yellow squash and onion in oil until almost done. add tomatoes, basil salt and pepper and garlic. Add beef broth, tomato paste and water. Cook til boil add ditalini pasta. Cook til pasta is al dente. Serve with grated parmesan if desired.
