Joni's Chicken Curry Rice

Ingredients
S & B Golden Curry Mix, 5 serving *White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Baby Carrots, sliced & steamed, 2 cups*Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp
Directions
*Make rice according to package directions.
*Cut chicken into cubes, then stirfry in a pan lightly coated with olive oil.
*Add cooked carrots to the chicken mix.
*When chicken is fully cooked, add 2.5 cups water, and then add the cubed curry mix.
*Bring to a boil
*Lower heat to med-lo & simmer for about 5 minutes
*Remove from heat

-Place about 1.5 cups of prepared rice on a plate (as a bed)
-Add about 1 cup of the Chicken & Curry mix

Serve!
