Chicken Cordon Bleu Alfredo

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts4 thin slices of ham4 slices swiss cheese1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs2 T olive oil1/3 cup dry white wine1 jar Bertolli alfredo sauce
Season chicken. Evenly top chicken with ham and cheese. Roll up and secure. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then breadcrumbs, coating well.
Heat olive oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and set aside.
Stir in wine and cook 1 min. Stir in sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to lo and simmer covered for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
