Chicken, Grape, Walnut Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Chicken, cooked, diced light meat1/2 Cup diced celery 3/4 cup Green Grapes, cut in half1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts4 Tspn Light Sour Cream4 Tspn Light MayonnaiseA little Curry powder to taste2 -4 TSpn Water
Directions
Mix up the first 6 ingredients. Add about 1/4 tsp of Curry powder and then increase as you like. The Curry powder comes through quite strongly on this dish. Add enough water to make it a little more creamy and less thich (this will depend upon the moistness of the chicken. Makes 4 servings.
