Tandoori Drumsticks

Ingredients
1kg chicken drumsticks1/3 cup tandoori paste1/3 cup natural yoghurt1 medium brown onion, grated
Directions
1/ Combine yoghurt, onion and tandoori paste in a bowl. Add chicken and coat generously.

2/Allow to marinate in the fridge overnight. Stir before you go to bed, when you wake in the morning, halfway through the day, and immediately before cooking.

3/ Prfeheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.

4/ Roast, uncovered, in a hot oven until well browned and cooked through (about 30 minutes).
